The SAS Ceilidh Band hail from Kirkcaldy in Fife, but are willing to travel wherever they are required. The band offer a contemporary approach to Ceilidh music. Their line up is Accordion, Bagpipe, Guitar, Bass and Drums. The band are available from a 2-5pc. All options include dance caller.

The band have invested heavily in a top quality PA and lighting system which comes as standard to their functions, they also offer a complimentary, fully mixed disco package, with a vast repertoire of tunes covering all spectrums if so required.

The band have been a professional outfit since 2008, and have quickly gained a reputation as one of the finest Ceilidh bands in Scotland. They are the resident Ceilidh band of the Royal Yacht Britannia in Edinburgh, and also play regularly at the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews as well as many other magnificent venues around Scotland. In 2011 the band were delighted to take to the main stage of the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow for a performance  as part of Celtic Connections. Laterally in 2011 and in 2012 the band have been enjoying touring Germany on and off playing to packed out theatres of up to 1,600 to rave reviews
